Refund and Returns Policy

At Mount Naturals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our simple and transparent return and refund policy.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• You received a wrong, damaged, or expired product.

• The product is defective or compromised during delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• You must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the order.

Please contact our support team at support@mountnaturals.com with your order number, product details, and a photo of the item received.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

• In case of prepaid orders, partial or full refunds may be offered based on the product condition and return reason.

• Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

3. Replacement Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Please inform us within 3 days of delivery with supporting images, and our team will ensure a quick resolution.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or partially used products

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

• Items purchased on clearance or special offers

• Food items returned without original packaging

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
